General information
When you place an order at Dopamine Concept Store, shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the delivery address and shipping method you choose. You'll see the final price, including shipping costs, directly in your shopping cart. This amount may be adjusted if you add or modify products to your order.
Delivery times may be affected by reasons beyond Dopamine's control, such as unexpected delays caused by the shipping company, adverse weather conditions, or even incorrectly entered addresses when confirming the order.
Delivery Times
All products listed as "In Stock" on the website are shipped within 24-48 business hours. Orders placed before 12 p.m. may be shipped the same day.
Deliveries take 3 to 5 business days after processing is completed. However, during the checkout process, you can see the exact estimated delivery time based on the destination country and shipping method.
Shelving shipments may take up to 1 week to ship, depending on model availability at the time of purchase.
Once we deliver your order to the partner courier company, we'll notify you via email so you can track it.
The order status may not update for a day or two until the package arrives at its destination.
*We do not ship on holidays or weekends.
** Due to the volume of shipments during the Black Friday, Christmas, Three Kings' Day, and Valentine's Day periods, deliveries may be delayed.
***We are not responsible for late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Claim an incident
In the event of damage caused during shipping, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, using the contact form or in the My Account - My Orders section, stating the exact reason for your request.
You must include in your message:
- Images of the complete packaging to assess the damage.
- Images of the damaged product.
- Images of the carrier's label. This label is attached to the box and displays the sender and recipient information.
These requirements are necessary to be able to process the claim.

Spain:

Balearic Islands:

Canary Islands:

- The customer must include their ID on the delivery note for customs clearance. Otherwise, the customer will be called to confirm their ID so the order can be shipped.

France and Belgium:
- Mondial Relay (point relay): €4.95
- Standard: €6.95
- Express: €14.49
Portugal, Czech Republic, France, Sweden, Germany, Austria, Italy, Greece, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Denmark and the Netherlands:
- Standard Shipping: €6.95
- Express Shipping: €14.95

Shipping Costs: Outside Europe and Other Continents
We ship to Canada, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway, and other countries, with shipping costs varying depending on the weight of the package. You can see the available countries when you checkout.
If the destination country is not listed, please contact us so we can calculate the shipping cost separately.
Import duties and taxes: Buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
Unfortunately, we no longer ship to the United States.
Returns
If the return is due to withdrawal, the return costs will be borne by the customer.
To process the return, no more than 14 business days must have passed since the date of receipt of the package.
You can request a return directly from the My Account - My Orders section, stating the reason.
In the event of a breakage or a damaged product, all the photographs indicated in the following section must be sent.
