When you place an order at Dopamine Concept Store, shipping costs are included in the final price of your order once you are in the cart, since the system calculates delivery costs depending on the shipping address and automatically modifies them when adding products or vary quantities.

When does my order ship?

All products indicated on the website as "In stock" are shipped within 24/48 business hours. Orders placed before 12 noon may be shipped the same day, depending on the volume of orders (working days).

Deliveries may take 3 to 5 business days after completion of preparation.

Some shelf deliveries may take 1 week.

Once we deliver the order to our associated courier company, we will notify you via email so that you can track it.

The order status may not be updated for a day or two until the package reaches the destination.

*We do not ship on holidays or weekends.

*Shipping is not made to French islands or Portuguese islands.

**Due to the volume of shipments during the Black Friday, Christmas, Epiphany and Valentine's Day period, deliveries may experience delays.

**We are not responsible for late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Balearic Islands, shipments in 24/48 hours:

Spain:

  • Shipping price: €4.95
  • Free shipping on purchases over €50

Canary Islands:

  • Shipping price: €5.95
  • The customer must add their ID to the delivery note for customs. If not, the customer will be called to confirm the identification document in order to proceed with the shipment of their order.

Portugal, France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Greece, Poland, Denmark and the Netherlands:

  • Shipping price: €9.98
  • Free shipping on purchases over €100

INCIDENTS:

In the case of damage caused by transport, you must contact us within a maximum period of 48 hours via email info@dopamineconceptstore.com. You must attach in the message:

  1. Images of the complete packaging to appreciate the damage.
  2. Images of the damaged product.
  3. Images of the carrier label. This label is the one attached to the box where the sender and recipient data are displayed.

These requirements are necessary to be able to manage the claim.
