Refund policy
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
*Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
*Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
Returns for delivery of a damaged product:
In the case of damage caused by transport, you must contact us within a maximum period of 48 hours via email info@dopamineconceptstore.com. You must attach in the message:
- Images of the complete packaging to appreciate the damage.
- Images of the damaged product.
- Images of the carrier label. This label is the one attached to the box where the sender and recipient data are displayed.
*These requirements are necessary to be able to manage the claim.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.

Sale items
Only full priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Changes
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed, no exchanges will be accepted.
Handmade products, as well as shelves and products from the wallart collection, will not be accepted for exchange or return. If the product degrades over time, the claim does not proceed as it is a used product.

Shipment
To return your product, you must send it by mail to: C/ 31 de December 32, Palma, PM, 07004, Spain.
Shipping costs to return your item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €50, it is recommended to use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. In order to guarantee receipt of the return of your item.
